We provide a range of payment methods including VISA, MasterCard, Bank Transfer, Western Union, and COD. When your order is placed, it is your responsibility to provide us with full payment through the given payment options. The total price for items ordered, including delivery/packing charges will be displayed on the website or through other communications channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, phone calls, Whatsapp, etc. We reserve the right to change the products and their prices. Items purchased from AL-RAKHAM are intended for your personal use only and not for resale.

All of our products will vary slightly in size, color, and pattern from those visible on our online store. Marble is a natural material and each piece is unique. Our products are handmade by artisans, and the nature of handmade goods is that every piece is original. We do not issue exchanges due to any of these variations. All items are sized as accurately as possible. There may be variations in colors due to image reproduction, original photography, or variation in the resolution setting of your computer & mobile screen brightness. Products and pictures should be used as a product presentation only.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, hence we provide you with accurate information and pictures of the product. Please note that all orders will be processed once you complete the checkout process. You must notify us within 48 hours of confirmation if you choose to cancel your order. Your cancellation request will not be entertained thereafter.

We encourage you to check your product at the time you receive it. In case the product is incorrect, missing, or damaged, you must notify us and the courier representative immediately. Once an order has been delivered in good condition and accepted by you, no returns or exchanges will be permitted thereafter. We take no responsibility for any breakages during the transit, however, we may send you a replacement at our discretion.

1. Tentative delivery time is 3-5 weeks. For custom orders it may vary according to design and quantity.
2. All requirements including sizes, material etc. will be locked at the time of order and cannot be amended once the order is in production.
3. Orders are booked with 50% advance. Remaining amount has to be paid at the time of delivery.
4. Marble is a natural product & may vary in size, color and pattern. Our products are handmade by artisans & the nature of handmade goods is that every piece is original. Exchanges are not entertained due to any of these variations & natural flaws.
5. Brass is a type of metal & it is natural for it to tarnish, get black spots or discolor with time.
6. Both Marble and Brass items are to be maintained by the customer according to the instructions written on this document. No warranty or guarantee is applicable for the stated natural process.
7. Customers must inspect all the products upon delivery. Any damages or defects must be denoted at the time of delivery; product will be replaced free of charge only if found defective at the time.
8. After sales services for maintenance will be charged to the customer.
9. The company will not hold any responsibility for damages caused by any third-party during loading, shipment, and unloading of the order.
