Eligible for Return or Exchange:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged item upon delivery (must be reported immediately with photo evidence)
- Incomplete delivery
Not Eligible:
- Minor variations in size, color, or pattern (due to the natural and handmade nature)
- Tarnishing or natural aging of brass or marble
- Custom or made-to-order products
Return Process:
- Report within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide unboxing video or images of the issue
- We may offer an exchange or store credit (subject to inspection and discretion)
Refunds (if applicable):
Refunds, when approved, are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
