Welcome to AL-RAKHAM. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

  • Visa / MasterCard
  • Bank Transfer
  • Easypaisa / JazzCash
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Prices are subject to change without notice. Full payment must be made before order processing unless otherwise agreed.

2. Product Authenticity & Variations

All our products are handmade using natural materials. Therefore, slight variations in color, texture, and size are natural and part of the uniqueness of each item. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Orders are processed once checkout is complete. Cancellation is only allowed within 48 hours of order confirmation. After this period, orders go into production and cannot be canceled or changed.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Products must be inspected at the time of delivery. Any damage or discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours to the courier and our support team. If accepted in good condition, no claims will be entertained afterward.

5. Bulk & Custom Orders

For wholesale or custom orders, email us at sales@alrakham.com. Delivery time and pricing will vary based on complexity and quantity.

6. Lead Time

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD is only available for in-stock items and does not require any advance payment.
  • Standard delivery: 1 week
  • Orders placed via COD must be confirmed through phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
  • COD is not applicable to custom or made-to-order products.

Custom & Made-to-Order Policy

  • All custom and made-to-order items require a 50% advance payment at the time of confirmation.
  • Production time for custom orders is typically 3–5 weeks, depending on design complexity.
  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after 48 hours of confirmation.

In-Stock Product Policy

  • In-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 days nationwide.
  • In-stock items may be paid for in full in advance or via COD, where available.

Reporting Damages & Order Issues

  • All issues or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with photo or video proof.

7. Care & Maintenance

  • Marble and brass may develop natural flaws or tarnish over time.
  • These are not covered under warranty.
  • After-sales maintenance services are available and charged separately.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages occurring during third-party shipping or unloading. Product liability ends once items are delivered in acceptable condition.
